How to Order Online
- Follow a link to Shop Online.
- Browse the products until you see an item you'd like to order. Then click the thumbnail or link to learn more or to "Order."
- Continue shopping until you are ready to checkout. Then select the checkout link from the menu at the top of the page.
- Complete the checkout form and submit the order.
- At this time, we are able to accept and deliver online orders within the United States only. If you are outside the continental US, please call our office at +1-850-837-5563 to place your order.

To expedite your order enter your name exactly as it appears on your credit card. Then fill out your credit card billing address as it appears on your credit card statement. It's important that you include your phone number in case we need to speak with you about your order, and to gain approval for the credit card purchase.
If an item is on backorder, we will notify you by email or phone.

Shipping Options and Information
Following credit card approval, your order will be processed the next business day (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).

Protecting your order information and privacy is a priority at Lovelace Interiors. We make every effort to protect your online order information by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.
SSL encrypts your order information to avoid the decoding of that information by anyone other than Lovelace Interiors. To check the security of your connection, look at the lower left-hand corner of your browser window after accessing the checkout form. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending upon your browser), then SSL is active.
Some versions of browsers and some firewalls don't permit communication through secure servers. If that is your situation, you'll be unable to connect to our secure server, so you won't have to worry about mistakenly placing an order through an unsecured connection. If you can't access the secure server for whatever reason, please place your order by phone at 1-888-837-5563. Our customer service representatives are available from 9am - 5pm CST.
While we may use customer information for Lovelace Interiors marketing and promotional purposes, we do not sell online customer information to any outside company or third party.

Returns or Exchanges
- Please call a customer service representative at 1-888-837-5563 for return/exchange authorization and instructions.
- We will refuse delivery of all items returned without proper authorization.
- If you are not delighted with your purchase, simple return it in "like new" condition in its original packaging with a Lovelace Interiors issued return authorization number with your receipt.
- Your product must be returned within 3 weeks of the shipping date.
