Lovelace Interiors is a Licensed Interior Design firm that specializes in development consultation. Lovelace designers have been involved in the interior design planning of many successful projects such as WaterColor, Rosemary Flats, and Cypress Dunes. Our work has been featured in Architectural Digest, Florida Design and Veranda magazines, and we have designed complete Idea Houses for both Southern Living Magazine and Coastal Living Magazine. 1. Finish Selections: Our experienced team of designers can select all finishes within your development. We will set up a finish schedule based on your budget and individual project needs. We can set up a simple limited selection plan for condos, design an award winning spec home or work with custom home purchasers on every interior detail based on your budgets and vendors. We also have a vast network of vendors and subs that we can bring to the table if needed. We select items like flooring, countertops, cabinets, appliances, lighting, interior and exterior paint colors, trim, plumbing fixtures, hardware, furniture, art and accessories.
2. Interior Space Analysis: Our designers will analyze your interior spaces and offer suggestions to help you achieve perfection. We often correct costly mistakes before you even start the foundation. We will also space plan your interiors to show the best option for furniture placement and this will be the basis for your electrical plan and layout.
3. Sales Centers: A Lovelace designed sales center will have a very positive effect on your development. Our designers have great experience designing an environment that will help you merchandise your product. We offer special "Developer Discounts" and unsurpassed customer service.
4. Model Homes: Lovelace Interiors is famous for their model home design. The Southern Living Idea House at RiverCamps was featured on the cover of the magazine and received rave reviews. We understand that your model home or condominium is a marketing tool for the entire development and it must be merchandised to receive the maximum impact. We have an incredible model/investor program that offers discounted pricing and very flexible return policies. 5. Common Area Design: Our designers will offer a complete design of all common areas. Lovelace Interiors is a licensed interior design firm and we have a great understanding of commercial codes, flame retardant fabrics, and commercial grade furniture. Due to legal issues and commercial codes, it is necessary to hire a licensed interior designer for common area design.
