2005 Coastal Living Idea House
Principal Susan Lovelace and her exclusive interior design team fashioned and created the beautiful and comfortable interiors of the 2005 Coastal Living Idea House, located along the Chesapeake Bay in the community of "East Beach" in Norfolk, Virginia. The three-story, 5,092-square-foot waterfront home is showcased in the November/December 2005 issue of Coastal Living Magazine.

2004 Coastal Living Idea House
Lovelace Interiors was the exclusive interior designer for the 2004 Coastal Living Idea House at Mira Bay in Tampa, Florida, featured in the November/December 2004 issue of Coastal Living Magazine. Lovelace Interiors began its working relationship with Coastal Living Magazine in 2003, when the publication hired the Lovelace design team of Debbie Faulkner and Connie Simpson to collaborate on a five-issue column series about coastal interior design, called "Make It Yours."

2004 Southern Living Idea House
Lovelace Interiors was also named the exclusive interior designer for the 2004 Southern Living Idea House at RiverCamps, Florida. This home was featured in the August 2004 issue of Southern Living magazine. The community of RiverCamps, developed by The St. Joe Company, is located just north of Panama City Beach, Florida.
